GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Program participants will engage in a comprehensive career development and life-readiness program designed to strengthen personal responsibility, intrinsic motivation, and positive self-concept. Participants will increase their knowledge of career exploration, planning, and preparation while developing the practical skills necessary for long-term academic, professional, and personal success.

Participants will also take part in structured prevention and personal development programming that builds competencies in healthy relationships, parenting foundations, emotional regulation, anger management, and overall personal growth.
